FAQs

At what age can my child be enrolled?

We accept applications from students aged 15 and above who have completed Grade 9 or Year 10 of their previous schooling.

How do you support students in choosing a career path and with university guidance?

Our experienced educators are well-versed in navigating university entrance systems across the UK, Switzerland, the US, and other international destinations. We provide personalised guidance tailored to each student’s aspirations, helping them make informed decisions about their future career paths and higher education options.

Does your school accept students with special educational needs?

Yes, we welcome students with moderate to mild special educational needs. The IGCSE and A-Level courses allow for special accommodations during exams. We evaluate each case individually to ensure we can provide the right support and work closely with families to find the best solution for the student.

Can my child enrol if they’ve just completed primary school?

Currently, we only accept students who have completed Grade 9 or Year 10. However, we are planning to expand our offerings to include younger students in the near future, depending on demand. Please stay in touch for updates on our expansion plans.

Is Lucerne International School an online school or a physical school?

We are a physical school with a dedicated campus. Our students follow a structured timetable with in-person classes led by qualified teachers. What sets us apart is our blended learning approach, which integrates both face-to-face teaching and online learning. This gives students the benefit of interactive classroom experiences while also providing access to learning resources and collaboration through our online platform.
